Tropf-Blumat-Set 'Tubs and more...'

Use:

Set for automatically watering a mixture of container plantings with single pots of up to approx. 25 cm diameter, also appropriate for 3-4 balcony boxes together with as many as 6 large planting tubs located on a patio, a balcony or in a glassed-in sunroom.

A garden bed planted in a sunroom can also be supplied using Tropf-Blumat, however, Tropf-Blumat Maxi is intended for use with solitary plants. A mixed application can also be used in small greenhouses where both potted plants and ground plantings need to be watered.

For the committed hobby gardener, the moisture sensor, Blumat Digital, offers a control possibility to check individual watering settings, in particular for larger or valuable plants. The sensor is placed near the dripper and can measure the moisture in a root ball or a bed (at a depth of about 15-18 cm) simply by pressing a button. This is an excellent way to determine if the desired moisture level is maintained throughout an observation period of about 1-2 weeks or if the watering settings need to be adjusted. Further plants can subsequently be checked in this manner.
