1. Corporate Identity

2. Entering into the Contract

That which is presented in our online shop under blumat-shop.de de depicts our offer to you; based on this offer you may enter into a contract with us. The contract becomes official when you send your order to us indicating that you accept our Terms and Conditions. We will send you an e-mail confirmation of the purchase within 24 hours of receiving your order

When you have found a product in which you are interested, you can place it into your shopping cart without obligation by clicking on “In the Cart”. You can see the content of your cart at any time by clicking on “Shopping Cart” You can remove products from your cart by activating the fields for “Remove” and then “Update”. When you are ready to buy the products in your cart, then click on “Cashier”. 

The ordering procedure is comprised of 4 steps. For first time customers, your first step is to set up a customer account under the heading of  “Registration”; here you can give your personal data and address. If you are already a customer, then sign in under the heading “I am already a Customer” with your password. In the second step, you choose under “Delivery Options” the delivery address and type of delivery desired. In the third step, you can change the billing address as well as choose the type of payment and accept our Terms and Conditions of Business. In the last step, under “Place Order”, you have the opportunity to once again check all information and to change or delete data with “Revise”.

Input mistakes can also be corrected by navigating backwards with the Browser or by interrupting the ordering process and beginning over again. The order is registered in the fourth step “Place Order”, when you click on [Order] thereby sending your order to us.


3. Cancellations Policy

Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your contract with us within one month, without stating a reason for the cancellation, by sending a written retraction of the contract (i.e. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the received items within the given deadline for cancellation.   The deadline begins upon receipt of this policy in text form, however, not before receipt of the goods by the addressee (for repeated deliveries of the same kind of goods, upon receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our duty to inform you according to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB (European Community Civil Code), as well as our duty according to § 312e Paragraph 1 Part 1 BGB (German Civil Code) in connection with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Your right to cancel can be protected by a timely posting of the written cancellation or by returning the goods within the given deadline.

Consequences of Cancellation
In the case of a legitimate cancellation, both parties are required to return all services rendered and if necessary, to make good any use received there from (i.e. interest). If you are unable to return the received goods or services, or if the goods can only be partially returned or in a worsened condition, it may be necessary to render the value of replacement thereof. A change to the condition stemming entirely from the inspection of the item as would be possible in a store does not apply here.  Additionally, it is possible to avoid claims for replacement value, if you do not use the product as if it were your own property, also including the use according to instructions and any use that would cause deterioration in value of the item.
Items that can be sent as packages should be returned at our risk. You are required to pay the cost of postage if the delivered items correspond to the items ordered and if the value of the items being returned is 40 Euro or less or, for higher values, if at the time of return the item has not been paid in full or partially, according to the agreed upon contract.

In all other cases, the return is free of charge. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be picked up at the delivery address. Responsibilities regarding return of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The deadline begins for you upon sending of the cancellation statement or the return of the goods, for us with the receipt thereof.
End of the Disclosure of the Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rights do not apply, if you are a business owner or entrepreneur in regards to § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and upon closure of the contract are representing commercial or independent interests accordingly.


4. Saving Contractual Data

Your order and the data which you have given us in the process of placing your order will be recorded by us and can be reviewed at any time, even after your order is complete, by clicking on “Your Account“.

We will send an e-mail confirmation with all information concerning your order to the e-mail address you have given us. In addition, you have the possibility during the ordering procedure to print out the General Terms and Conditions as well as your Order with all the data that you have given.
