1. Your contractual partner
By ordering in our Online Shop, you are entering a contractually binding agreement with bambach GbR, Peter-Spring-Str. 18, 65366 Geisenheim. 2. Ordering procedure, contractual agreement
Our offer is contractually binding. By sending us your order, you are entering into contractually binding agreement with us to fulfil your order. The agreement becomes binding upon your submission of the order to us. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.
When you have found a product in which you are interested, it can be viewed in detail without obligation simply by clicking on the product name or picture. The article can be placed in the shopping cart by clicking on the icon [Add to Shopping Cart]. The content of your cart can be viewed with no obligation to purchase by clicking on [Shopping Cart]. The products in the shopping cart can be changed or deleted by clicking on either the icon [Change] and [Delete], respectively. When you want to purchase the chosen items, click on the [Cashier] icon on the “Shopping Cart” page.
During the process of ordering for the first time, customers have the option to set up a customer account with us, as well as to choose the delivery and payment options. You will receive a summary of your order in the last step “Review your order”, where you can check all your information and, if necessary; make changes or deletions by clicking on [Correction]. Input mistakes can also be corrected by navigating backwards on your browser or by stopping the ordering process and beginning over again. In order to complete your order, you must accept our “General Terms and Conditions” and click on the icon [Place your order]. This completes the ordering process and sends your order to us.

You can cancel your order agreement within 14 days without stating any reasons.
The 14 day deadline period for cancellation begins from the day upon which the merchandise was received either by you or your appointed representative; this does not include the delivery service.
In order to exercise your right to cancellation, you must inform us (bambach GbR, Karlsbader Str. 28, 74211 Leingarten, Telefon: +49 7131–6421200, Telefax: +49 7131–740981, E-Mail: info@bambachgbr.de) of your intent to cancel with a clear and unequivocal statement (i.e. in a letter per post, a fax, or an e-mail). An example cancellation form has been included for your convenience; however, it is not required that it be used.
The cancellation is valid as long as the statement of cancellation intent is sent within the deadline for cancelling.
Consequences of cancellation
In the case of an effective cancellation, we are obligated to return any payments which you have made, including the cost of delivery (excluding any additional charges incurred due to your choice of optional, alternative delivery services, instead of the less expensive, standard delivery that we offer). We will reimburse all payments without delay and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation of this contract. The reimbursement will be made using the same method you chose for payment of the original transaction, unless an alternative method has been explicitly agreed to by us; in no instance will compensation be paid for the refunding of payments. We have the right to refuse reimbursement until the merchandise has either been returned to us or you have provided proof that the merchandise has been sent, depending upon which occurs first.
You are responsible for returning the merchandise without delay and without exception within 14 days, starting the day on which you have informed us of your cancellation of this contract; returns may be made either per shipment or by personal delivery. The deadline is deemed to have been met as long as the merchandise has been sent before the expiration of the 14 day limit. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the merchandise.
You are responsible for compensation of any depreciation in the value of the merchandise, however, only when the depreciation in value is caused by a use or inspection of the product which goes beyond a necessary examination of the technical attributes and operation.

5. Saving data regarding your order
We save your order and the details regarding your order which you have given us. We will send an e-mail confirming your order as well as giving you all the information concerning your order. It is also possible for you to print out the order, as well as the General Terms and Conditions before you send us your order. Your completed orders can be viewed at any time over your customer account.

7. Notice regarding battery disposal laws
According to the German Battery Statute, it is our duty as a distributor of batteries and power packs to inform our customers of the following:
You are required by law to return old batteries and power packs after use. As the end consumer, you can return, free of charge, old batteries and power packs purchased from us to our sales offices or our shipping warehouse. You can also properly dispose of old batteries and power packs at your municipal collection centre or at a local retail store.
Batteries and power packs are labelled with the symbol of a crossed out trash container and with the chemical symbol for the type of hazardous material contained. Batteries that contain more than 0.0005% by mass of mercury, more than 0.002% by mass of cadmium or more than 0.004% by mass of lead, are labelled with the following chemical symbols for the metal contained ("Cd" for cadmium, "Pb" for lead, "Hg" for mercury).

9. Note to the Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters
The Seller is neither obliged nor prepared to attend a dispute settlement procedure before an alternative dispute resolution entity.
